The Legendary Captain PrC gives you a +10 to you Leadership score. Thrallherd does some nasty stuff too, but has its own progression (which is, in some ways, better).

There's an orc racial feat somewhere, Might Makes Right (I think), that allows you to add your Strength modifier to your Leadership score.

It's actually in an online suppliment, and yes, it's called Might Makes Right. It's awesome when combined with War Hulk.

Work the modifiers. "Fairness and Generosity" is +1, so use Detect Thoughts and the fact that you are wealthier than most nations to help out beggars that deserve it. "Great Renown" means doing quests that you can hire bards to brag about. "Special Power" is either really easy or really hard, depending on if the DM thinks about what's actually special in a high-magic world. As for controlling negatives... they only count if people find out about them.
