Sor/Wiz 1 from Book of Vile Darkness. Basically, +1/4 levels to natural armor. Neat little spell that I found.

(This has happened to me twice before.)

What happens is that you roll dispel effects against your own spells. If you succeed at dispelling them, I gain them.

EDIT: Also, whenever this happens to me, I always follow it up with getting hit by a feeblemind, and failing my save. A small note of warning...
