Default Cheesed Tiny Buffer Wizard Cohort

I'm pretty sure I know what I want spell wise, although suggestions would be apprecaited, but I'm looking for Templates, races, etc that will essentially give me an uber pocket buffer. Feats suggestions would be nice as well. Anything that gives me the max caster level and most amount of spells a cohort can muster.

The basis of why the cohort wants to follow me is going to be something along the lines of they've heard stories about me traveling throughout the kingdom from when we battled the king of the frost giants and I single-handedly grappled and held one down in the backfield while the rest of the party, including sons of the king we were aiding in this fight, fought the other 4. So something either fey or like a pixie or something would be fitting considering our location.

And by pocket buffer, I literally mean a cohort that I can put in my pocket, i.e. tiny.

The lowest LA tiny creatures are indeed fey, specifically the brownie and Grig (la 4 and 3 respectively). The former has +4 int and the latter +4 cha (they both have +4 wis).

The LAs are still pretty high. You might consider a permanent reduce person spell on a halfling, gnome or kobold.

Or a shapeshifter such as a Heroyanki Sparrow or a Tibbit. Or a Maximized Awakened whatever.

For real cheese, arrange to be the buffer's mount or companion so that he can "share" true strike and righteous might with you like so.

What about the Petals? They are tiny and LA 2. I am not sure what book they are from though.

lol...Brownie might be exactly what I'm looking for, although I'm not sure how I'd work out the Venerable Gnome thing...

Muckdweller (Serpent Kingdoms p. 71). Tiny monstrous humanoid: -6 Str, +6 Dex, -2 Wis, -2 Cha. No Level Adjustment. You can take them as either a cohort or a familiar (Improved Familiar = 5th level).

...lol...relaxing, could be interesting if I got a pair of them, although their lulluby seems a bit stronger considering it would be hard to get a troop of them to follow me...
