Help finding an obscure Presige Class
Allright, i know ive seen this somewhere, i am just not sure where. It was a prestige class that gave a large boost in power through a mask that was worn continually. The downside: it slowly ate away at your soul, and you had to consume the souls of others to keep going. no idea where i saw it.

Book of Vile Darkness? Fiendish Codex I or II? Fiend Folio? Exemplars of Evil?

Re: Help finding an obscure Presige Class

Re: Help finding an obscure Presige Class
I've WANTED to make a mask-based prestige class on a number of occasions, but unless you have a time machine or can read my thoughts, I doubt it's mine.
Perhaps you've been looking at the Bleach d20 thread? If asked the question "how can I do this within this system?" answering with "use a different system" is never a helpful or appreciated answer.

Re: Help finding an obscure Presige Class
There's the Acolyte of the Skin from, I think, CArc, in which you graft yourself the skin of a demon. There's also a PrC in CScou or CAdv that gives you lots of abilities based on the masks from it that you wear. Neither one of those is quite "eats your soul" though.

Re: Help finding an obscure Presige Class
it wasnt in bleach d20, and sorry but none of those are it. I seem to recall there being a mechanism to remove the mask.
