Martial Study, Martial Stance, a custom Legacy item based on the ones in the book, and the Maneuver items are the best you can do for a Warblade.

Swashbuckler has Daring Outlaw. That's all, but you really don't need anything else (especially considering you can take Swordsage levels and qualify for it instead).

Factotums need Able Learner and Font of Inspiration if they multiclass. FoI is online, Able Learner is in Races of Destiny.


Edit: A Dodge bonus to AC can be obtained through the following means:

Scout levels (CAdv) and use Skirmish all the damn time.
Midnight Dodge (Magic of Incarnum) and a decent essentia pool or a Helm of Essentia (Magic Item Compendium).
Desert Wind Dodge (Bo9S), along with some Swordsage maneuvers.

These are the most optimal means. Most of everything else is garbage, but you may find something here or there.

I think there are some Planar Touchstone sites that grant a dodge bonus... more than a few that grant an AC bonus, at least. I don't recall how many of them are specifically dodge bonuses.
