[3.5] Highest possible stats

What are the highest possible stats for ECL 20 characters?

Taking each stat seperately, how high could each be made, assuming you ignore the others. For example, what's the maximum int possible at ECL 20, then, seperately, what's the maximum wis? (As opposed to all being within one build.)

Edit: No infinite loops or pun-pun, etc, I'm talking about stuff that you might actually get to use at the table if it was a really high powered game.

In general, they top out at 34+racials.

18 base + 5 levels + 6 enhancement + 5 tome.

Of course, any ability other than your primary won't get the level boosts and you may not be able to afford tomes.

Yeah, +2 from a normal race for 36. But what about builds that are aiming to improve on that? That's what I'm asking about. Stuff like taking templates and races with LA, etc.

That being the case, War Hulk is probably up there. 10 level prestige class that gives you +2 STR every level.

Indeed, but what about the other 10 levels? A template/monster race?

Druid with Owl's Insight + Beads of Karma. Druid CL of 24 with 1/2 from Owl's Insight = +12 Insight bonus on Wisdom

Base 18 - Anthromorphic Bat + 6 Wisdom - +3 Age - + 5 level - + 5 Tome - + 6 Wisdom item - +12 Insight = 55 Wisdom

edit: I'm sure with more CL boosters it can go higher.

With LA buyoff the highest I can think of would be Half Minotaur Water Orc (+16 STR) Lvl 6 Barb/10 War Hulk (+20 STR)/Frenzied Beserker 1/ Bear warrior 1/ Whatever 2?

So while raging you turn into a bear (+8STR), you can Frenzy (+6 STR), +5 from tomes, +6 from Item, 18 to start, 5 from Levelling. So thats 84 STR I think.

That should mean your maximum load is 2,867,200 lbs. You can Push over 10 Million pounds too.

If you're going for a caster type, you can juice it with aging. That's another +3.

A Half-Elf with levels in Half-Elf Paragon, Human Paragon, and Thrall of Malcanthet can get a +8 to Charisma with another +16 in succubus form, for a total Charisma of 58 (61 if venerable). That's the best I can think of for Charisma.

Oh forgot about Paragon Races. Add 3 lvls of Orc Paragon (Instead of 1 of Barb and the 2 of Whatever) to get another +2 Str. Not much but 86 STR is nice.

Edit 2: There is the Fire Touched (IIRC) template from, I think, one of the Dragon Mags. +1 LA for +6 Cha.

Is it bad if that is only a slightly more optimized version of a character I made a week ago? Until I realized with his STR he could prolly Bull-Rush a Dragon...

Bear warrior

Loses rage & frenzy but gains the +8 to STR

edit: add one level in Druid (with the shapeshift alternative class feature from PHB2) and make sure all the magic items would still be on you after shapeshift and you could increase your strength by +4. I'd call myself Fenrir or Fenris.

Quick look online put STR 100 at 12,800 tons normal carry. 307,200 for colossal with a max lift of 614,400 tons thats about as much as Great Pyramids of Egypt or 6 cruise ships.

With the extra carrying capacity from being Colossal, you wouldn't be too far off being able to throw the Earth.
