WCIF this monster? (answered)

I was amused and intrigued by Gaia Online's portrayal of the Malaysian variant vampire called Penanggalan, and I'm pretty sure that at some point I saw D&D 3/3.5 stats for one. But I can't find it any more.
- Wikipedia says it appeared in the original Fiend Folio, but I'm not sure if I could process stats from D&D original or even AD&D, and I'm pretty sure the stats I saw were for an edition of D&D that I was familiar with.
- Google said something about it being a Forgotton Realms monster, but none of my FR books had it.

Anybody know what book the Penanggalan moved to for D&D 3/3.5, or if I was looking at an earlier book and forgot?
