Can you hide, Greater Scry on a victim, then Call Lightning Storm on them assuming they are within the 400ft+40ft/lvl range of Call Lightning Storm?

1: Bumping within 24 hours is bad conduct.
2: They just need to be within the range of the Greater Scrying spell's sensor by my reading.

I'm pretty sure you still need Line of Effect to the designated target of the bolts.
