    Default Spellcasting prestige question

I have recently stumbled (and forgotten) a prestige class that offered strong spell casting progression and 6 + Int skill point per level. Would any of you know what it is and in what book?

Urban Savant from Cityscape might fit the bill, though I can't recall whether it had full casting or not.

10th level loses a caster level. But before then... full casting.

Unseen Seer from Complete Mage, but you lose a level dipping for skill requirements.

Unseen Seer? (Though you'll probably sack a level somewhere for SA, CM)
    Loredelver? (Illumian-specific, RoD)
Keeper of the Cerulean Sign? (LoM)
Shadowbane Stalker? (The first 6 levels are full casting iirc, CAd)
Fochlucan Lyrist? (requires some really funky builds, CAd)

...There are definitely more. They're just not coming to me at the moment.

Divine Prankster from RoS is a Gnome-only PrC that basically turns Clerics into Bards.

    A bit shakier ground:

Harper Agent and Uncanny Trickster (CS) might also count.

Harper agent is 4/5 casting with Bardic Knowledge, which might be useful for something.

Uncanny Trickster is 2/3 casting, but those levels can also be used to raise level-dependant class features past their normal limits (this can sometimes compensate for a lost CL).

    Daggerspell Mage is 9/10 casting.

EDIT: My bad, thought he said full, not strong.

Loremaster has 10/10 spellcasting and 4 + INT skill points.

Can you remember anything else about the prestige class? 6 + INT skill points is quite vague and can fit a wide range of possible classes.
