[3.5]Cohorts and followers
You can have cohorts and followers by taking the Leadership feat.Being a paladin and having high charisma and diplomasy skill ranks means I 'll have no problem to use it.However I 'm still an unexperienced player so I 'm not sure if this feat is important and usefull or another never-use feat.

It is a crazy good feat. It gives you a second PC at up to {max level on table OR level - 2 (whichever is lower)}. If you want to play two characters at once take it, though as a new player it may be a little overwhelming...

d'ya know what's better then a druid? another druid, albeit 2 levels lower.
