Those feats respectively grant a 25% reduction on time/gp/xp cost to create items and there is a note saying that you can take them more than once(each of them) and that their effect stack.

Does this mean that with an investment of 8 feats, you can get totally free items? An additionnal 4 feats allowing you to create any magic item instantly, for free?

I think the errata for ECS nerfs them into not stacking.

Yeah, the Errata nerfed it by removing the thing that lets them be taken multiple times. Otherwise it would have been a great way to play a mad scientist if you did it right... But it would also be an equally easy way of braking the game
