[3.5] Skill Training Feat

Is there a feat to add a cross-class skill to your list of class skills? The skill in question would be Knowledge (geography).

Education or something like that from Eberron Campaing Setting makes all knowledge skills class skills and I wouldn't find hard to hombrew such a feat... some people even houserule that skill focus give you the skill as a class skill for ever.

flexible mind adds two but you are chaotic and have an aura.
there is something to add all skills as class skills at level one only. cannot, for the life of me, remember it.

What book is flexible mind in? My character is chaotic anyways.

Able Learner? Human, Doppelganger and Changeling-only, and not really all class skills. Each rank only costs 1 skill point, but max ranks are unaffected.

Draconic Knowledge, (requires Draconic heritage) - Dragon Magic
Apprentice (philosopher) - DMG II (also sense motive)
Apprentice (spellcaster) - DMG II (also (ab)use magic device)
Knowlege Devotion (feat) - Complete Champion
