The Draconomicon has a dozen flavors of Dragon Mount and I think Dragon Magic added a couple more.

I also once had a halfling ubercharger that rode a cheetah. He traded his paladin mount ability for an alternate class feature and purchased a warbeast cheetah. I highly recommend the template though as a medium creature, I don't suppose the cheetah would be big enough.

Warbeast is on the last few pages of either the MMII or MMIII iirc. It gives a number of boosts including barding proficiency and +10 to base movement.

warbeast has been added along with any other templates I could find from monster manuals 2-4

I'm going to check monster manual 1 and check 5 once I get it.

does anybody know of a feat or something to increase the size of my mount?

Can you use the warbeast or magebred template on dragons aquired with the dragon cohort feat (draconomicon) ?
