The aforementioned shadowy organization (which I will be eager to accept interesting characters into) is more focused on worming its way into things than war.

Answer? Not at all. The country's population is mostly humanoids; Rahkshi are not very common within it.

I just updated my ffrp character post with brief entries on the GLoG mermaid and the ghost npcs. I think this format works well for keeping track of characters, especially minor ones who don't need a full character sheet, or when there's no time yet to make one.

What about playing dead? Pretend to abdicate the throne, leave it open for any potential Correllon assault, and then go for the kill when they try to take back power "for the people" or whatever they do. Capture whomever is sent, assuming you don't already have captives of their sort, and interrogate until you get a list of names and places?
