O hey Gais its me again, I am gonna DM again today and have a funny encounter planned out, But I can't for the life of me think, What would a Minotaur War Priest be afraid of? I need to know as it is a vital part of the encounter, So help would be much appreciated.

Except that Minotaur's are specifically listed as being immune to the maze spell and never have any problems inside a maze of any sort. Using a maze against a minotaur is like trying to use a wall of force to stop a great wyrm force dragon.

Seriously, of course a Minotaur can be afraid of mazes. It's your setting! Other possible motifs with connotations could include the following classic phobias:

Spiders
Darkness
Heights
Enclosed spaces

or, going for an elephant angle:

Mice

Easily built into an encounter could also be:

Bridges
Fire

Thinking seriously, a minatour is a big powerful monster that hits things hard, and should be most afraid of things that can't be hit: incorporeal monsters and diminutive swarms. If they can eat him (alive, one little nibble at a time) bonus scariness. Check out the Hellwasp Swarm, which should scare almost anyone.
