Help with making a character.

Okay, my character is based off of Raven from Teen titans. However I'm having a bit of trouble making her. Keep in mind I only said BASED. So far I have her as a wizard 5/Dread witch 5 Tiefling. The spells I know of that have to be on her list are flight, shield, grasping tentacles and Banishment. (Raven uses each of these in the series.) So far I can't think of a way to use telepathy (or whatever) to move Boulders and such to attack with.

mostly choosing these because I plan on specialising in darkness, cold, death and fear spells.

Are there any other prestige classes/classes that would fit? I've named this character Morana to reflect her specialization. (according to what I read, it's the name of a goddess of ice and death)

her stats after racial abilities and level up boosts being figured in are

strength 13/13
Charisma 15/13
Wisdom 15/15
Constitution 17/17
Dexterity 15/17
Intelligence 17/22

The game should be going into epic levels so the two lost spellcasting levels (1 from LA 1 from Dread witch) won't be a problem. Tiefling is necessary for the fluff.

The DM has a houserule where all skills cross class or no only cost 1 skill point. So a Paladin is as good at UMD as a Rogue is.
