Stronghearted Duelist <3.5 Faerun>

This, as a note, is for my other campaign, which is in a Faerun where the weave is all out of wack, where mages/diviners/psychics must use a d% to cast the right spell.

In this, we are entering the Iron Age, where we all currently have bronze weapons.

I plan on playing:

Race: Strongheart Halfling (the staple halfling for any build)
Class: Swashbuckler X/Rogue Y/PrC Z
Feats: Daring Rogue, Mind over Body (so I can focus solely on 2 stats: DEX and INT)

Is this a good idea, in theory?

Mind over body only applies to your 1st lv, subsequent lvs still use con to determine bonus hp, so you still really can't afford to dump con, IMO.

My buddy is modding it so its always Int, not Con with the feat.
