Default [3.5] Dashing swordsman PEACH

Yes, am I aware that The Demented One already made it, but my friend wanted another version of it, so I came up with this. Also, I would want to thank him for inspiration in some aspects of the class

So, comments, critics?

Class Features
All the following are class features of the Dashing Swordsman prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency
You gain no new proficiencies.

Puncture (Ex)
At 1st level, your puns open up the opportunity to land your blows where they count. Whenever you hit a foe with a weapon using the Weapon Finesse feat, you may make a pun. You must be able to speak, but your foe need not be able to hear nor understand you. If you do, add your Cha modifier instead of Str modifier, to the damage roll.

Glass Immunity (Ex)
At 1st level, you gain immunity from shattered glass, and from piercing and slashing damage that comes from a crystal source. For example, you don't take damage from Swarm of Crystals power.

Bards Life
Your Dashing Swordsman levels stack with Bard levels for purposes of Bardic Knowledge and Bardic Music.

Theatrical Performance (Su)
Starting at 2nd level, whenever you use Inspire Courage, Inspire Competence, Inspire Greatness, Inspire Heroics, or Sing When You Are Winning you may choose to apply the benefits only to yourself. If you do, you gain your Cha modifier as a bonus to saves, and may concentrate on it by spending a move action instead of a standard action.
You may use a second Bardic Music in the same time, concentrating on both is full round action, and you don't get the benefits from the second song, only your allies do. You may use same song with this ability (one on you, one on your allies).
You may only use Perform skills that don't require instruments or body movement with this ability (body movement is for example dancing, but singing or talking is not).

Dramatic Entrance (Ex)
Starting at 2nd level, at your DMs discretion, whenever you enter the fight in a dramatic fashion (bursting through window, jumping from high above, etc.) you gain +3 morale bonus on attack and damage for 3 rounds. Also, every foe that saw your entrance makes a Will save against fear, DC is equal to 10 + your Dashing Swordsman level + Cha modifier. Enemies that fail this save are shaken for 3 rounds.

That Hurt! (Su)
Starting at 3rd level, whenever you are hit in combat you can make an attack of opportunity with you Cha modifier as a bonus on attack roll. If you hit, you deal no damage, but your target is flat footed until the start of his next turn.
You can use this ability Cha modifier times per day.

Pretty Face (Su)
At 3rd level, you gain your Dashing Swordsman level as a bonus on Bluff, Diplomacy and Intimidate. Also, you gain the use of following spell like abilities: Charm Person, Suggestion, Minor Image, Misdirection. You can use any of those spells, in any combination totaling to level/day.

Grandeur Performance (Su)
Starting at 4th level, whenever you use Inspire Courage, Inspire Competence, Inspire Greatness, Inspire Heroics, or Sing When You Are Winning you may choose to apply the benefits only to yourself. If you do, you gain your Cha modifier as a bonus to saves and AC, and may concentrate on it by spending a swift action instead of a standard action.
You may use a second Bardic Music in the same time, concentrating on both is standard action, and you don't get the benefits from the second song, only your allies do. You may use same song with this ability (one on you, one on your allies).
This ability does not stack with Theatrical Performance. You may only use Perform skills that don't require instruments or body movement with this ability (body movement is for example dancing, but singing or talking is not).

Happy-Go-Lucky (Su)
Starting at 4th level, a Dashing Swordsman gains Happy-Go-Lucky 3+Cha modifier times per day as an immediate action. You gain your choice from following: reroll of a failed saved you just made, reroll skill check you just made, reroll attack roll that missed (after your DM tells you result), or reroll one damage roll you just made.

Sing When You're Winning (Su)
Starting at 5th level, a Dashing Swordsman with 12 or more ranks in a Perform skill can use song or poetics to enhance combat abilities in his allies (including himself). To be affected, an ally must be able to hear the bard sing. The effect lasts for as long as the ally hears the bard sing and for 3 rounds thereafter. Affected ally gains +2 morale bonus on attack, damage and saves, +10 enhancement bonus on speed, and 2 temporary hp per character level.

In my opinion Dashing swordsman is a very good class for a bard that want's to be even more theatrical than it already is.

Dramatic Entrance will certainly make a player think how to make a beter entrance and it'll give more movie experience and something to talk about a few days after the session.

That hurt is cool but maybe a little too much, to leave someone flatfooted for the maybe whole turn can be lethal for that someone. Again...it depends on initiative rolls.

Pretty face is a nice touch

Grandeur Performance & Sing When You're Winning are also nice for a bard and make him a great buffer...10' land speed isn't much for the casters and rouges, but it can certanly make a difference with paladins moving 30 ft'.

With Happy-Go-Lucky you gain something similar to action points in 4e, a really helpful skill.

Do you want this to be a bard only class? If so add bardic music ability to the pre requs....
