    Default Monk: 10 attacks?

Can a monk make ten natural attacks at once? Somewhere in the monk description it said you can hit people with your knees and stuff. Could you take multi-attack and make an attack (as a full attack) with 2 fists, 2 elbows, 2 knees, 2 feet, belly, and head?

The pancakes are also laced with blowfish poison so the party would have to get an antitoxin before they could eat the ones which weren't pulverized by shoes."

I don't think anyone would want those pancakes even if you paid them to eat them.

Well, a monk could make 10 unarmed strikes per round, but those do not count as natural attacks in this respect.

Multiattack doesn't actually let you attack more. It's a monster feat to use secondary natural attacks with less of penalty. For example, if you're a scorpion and your claw is your primary attack, that feat would let you sting creatures with a reduced penalty.

The monk description that refers to using hands and knees just means that you can use your unarmed attacks even if your hands are full. So a monk holding a baby in one arm and a ming vase in the other could still unleash a flurry of blows without harming either.

Alternatively, a Monk could get 10 natural attacks and do the same thing.

Correct. However, there is a way to get 10 attacks/round:

    Skarn Monk 2/Totemist 4/Warblade 1/Spinemeld Warrior 10/Bloodclaw Master 3

    Attacks/round:

TWFing Flurry Spine attacks: +13/+13/+13/+8/+3/-2 (before Str and Enhancements from Spinemeld Warrior and other bonuses)

Claw Attacks: Likely 2, but possibly 3 or even 4 (Sphinx Claws=2, Girallon Arms=3, Landshark Boots=4, and Landshark+Tiger Claw=Win). Each attack is at a +13 or so bonus (Improved Multiattack negating the normal -5). Sudden Leap/Leaping Dragon stance would make this incredibly useful.

10 attacks on the dot, not counting AoOs, Snap Kick, or other methods of extra attacks. The first 6 deal Unarmed damage+1/Essentia invested+Str, the last 4 deal 1d6+1/2 Str+1/Essentia invested (unlikely).

In an evil campaign I had my party fight some 4 armed 10th level monks who used multi-weapon fighting.
They had NINE attacks while fluring
