Invent a style. Seriously, then no-one can tell you it's bad because hey, it's part of the style. The fact it's grotesque and poorly proportioned? Part of the style. The fact it looks pretty horrible but you don't want to admit it? Part of the style.
You don't like the style?

Re: Zeb The Troll's Zecond Go At Ze Random Banter #139
No, peanut butter would ruin them. Also, why would I cross the top with anything? When I throw them into the oven, they are spheroids. When I remove them from the oven they are moist morsels of perfection! When would I do this strange, and probably heathen, ritual of crossing the tops of the cookies?
Also, to the unlearned, Snickerdoodles are cookies made from, in no particular order, butter, sugar, salt, cream of tartar, baking soda, all purpose flour, and eggs. Then the dough is chilled for a few hours, rolled into balls, and rolled in a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Then they are baked for 8 minutes, or 10 if the oven is a bit cold, and served warm.
All this talk of food is making me hungry. That reminds me that I never really had dinner. Should I go have soup or eggs with canadian bacon?

Re: Zeb The Troll's Zecond Go At Ze Random Banter #139
I think the two of you must be thinking of different cookies. Peanut butter cookies must always have fork marks. Snickerdoodles, however, are more of a cinnamon cookie than a peanut butter cookie, and are quite fluffy and delicious even without peanut butter.
Both, however, are most excellent.
Edit: Any meal with bacon is automatically better than any meal without bacon, so I vote #2.

The young grasshopper called Raiki is right in this matter.
I once tried Peanut butter cookies without fork marks, it did not end very well....

Re: Zeb The Troll's Zecond Go At Ze Random Banter #139
The snow is finally gone from my small town in Eastern coast USA.
I am sad for its passing. Despite the hassles it brings I love snow, and having piles of it that went up to your mid-section was a rare gift. All those fields of white and silence for miles around. It was like some galactic artist wiped off the planet in preparation for its next work of art.Bombastic founder of the "That guy with a Halberd" Fanclub

My mom just knit me a VERY cunning hat.
Sits well. A man who walks down the street wearing this hat ain't afraid of nothing.

Re: Zeb The Troll's Zecond Go At Ze Random Banter #139
Phase:
So this evening, my mum and I watched what probably is the worst Star Trek: TNG episode ever filmed. No, I say that and mean it. Episode 2.22. Alternates between Troi wincing, whatserface the season 2 doctor looking serious, Riker's face contorting, and flashbacks to previous episodes.
Clearly they had exceeded their budget for the year and needed filler.

Re: Zeb The Troll's Zecond Go At Ze Random Banter #139
You mean worse than Code of Honour? Where the planet of only black people kidnap Tasha Yar and make her fight to the death, just because....
TNG makes me sad because I love the awesome characters, but there are so many pants episodes to watch before you get to the gold; such as the Q episodes.
God I love Q
