    Default D20 Modern Psionic Agent

    Im very confused on something: do psionic agents and warminds get bonus power points? I know the telepath does, but i cant seem to figure out if the fighter types do.

    According to the SRD (looking up the original RTF files), they do not get bonus power points based on their Charisma. I'll have to check the book when I get and see if it was an ommission or not.
