Is there a way to get both Precocious Apprentice and Improved Binding at level 1, for a human character that ends up Sorc 1/Binder 1?

Flaws are always a good way to get more feats.

Someone posted a way to enter as a 1st level wizard, in another thread, if all you're looking for is extremely quick entry.

The problem is that you can't take Improved Binding without the Binder level, and you can't take Precocious Apprentice without the Sorcerer level. :/

Improved Bind Vestige (ToM 73) lets you bind vestiges up to 3rd level without Binder levels.
