Grey Elves in Greyhawk

Probably a stupid question, but can someone point me to a resource that details the Grey Elves in Greyhawk setting? Going of the Gazateer and the core books, they’re just kind of lumped in with high elves, except being more haughty. I’ve never played in Greyhawk, and I’m not much of an elf fan in general, so I’m a little light on this subject.

Even wikipedia didn't have much. All I can tell you is they are jerk elves who live in cities carved into mountains.

I remember a dragon magazine article that talked about a society of grey elf duelists (2nd level fighters) who used two bladed swords.

Honestly, there's not much to them.
