Shrinking a 'forged

This is incredibly minmaxy, but I need a way of making a warforged even smaller than normal, preferably via inherited template with zero LA, so that it's neither small nor medium and can therefore take Half-Ogre for 0 LA, at which point it qualifies for primordial giant.

Is there a way to reduce a character's size by even one category without incurring a level adjustment?

Yeah. This is an alternate way to do that.

Edit: So am I. The problem is that the usual Incarnate Construct also nullifies almost everything else about your character, so if it's possible to be smaller than Small to avoid the half-ogre LA, all is well with Primordial Giant.
