Master Transmogrifist forms
Master Transmogrifist - one very cool PrC... what are some of your favored shapes?

One member of my group uses a Hydra, a Remorhaz, and a Wyvern for his favored forms.
A reoccurring thing with his forms is the question of whether he can eat an enemy, either through the bite attacks of the Hydra or the Remorhaz's swallow whole ability.

Hydra variants are excellent for MT, particularly when you use Arcane Strike, then find a way to pile on sneak attack and/or smiting.
