Lunging Strike (PHB II), but it will limit you to a single attack/round.

The prereqs specify being Medium, so.. it doesn't. When you change size you disqualify yourself from the feat and lose the benefits of it. Should go with Inhuman Reach if you're willing to spend two feats making yourself a disfigured freak for the sake of extended reach. Originally Posted by 2xMachina

Wizard + Warshaper is a rather easy and good way to get reach on your melee attacks. Most DMs shouldn't even have much against it as it fits the transmuter really well.
