[3.5] Any suggestions for RPing a character with 2 heads?

I'm planning on making a Two-headed Insectile Half-Orc Barbarian as my next character. I thought of each head having it's own name and alignment, but what else?

The templates are in Savage Species if anyone's wondering. Total LA +4.

The most fun my group has had with a two-headed character was to run one head, and let everybody else fill in lines for the other head more or less at random.

It resulted in some pretty funny conversations.

Grow an extra head.

Alternatively, give them both different names, give one a slightly altered version of the other's voice. Then do this. (some strong language)

That's hilarious! Make your head whatever, and the other head "Ultra-Chaotic Neutral".
