D&D has Sanity rules. My understanding is that they pale in comparison to CoC, but am not familiar enough with either to make much of a judgment.

If you can't judge by a game then rate your sanity on a scale of 10-0; 10 being perfect mental health and 0 being "omnicidal maniac"/"total catatonic state".
