Edit: Trying to figure out the racial stats/abilities of the Mul...

Looks like +2 STR and +2 CON on that character, though there's the possibility that one of those is switchable (like the PHB3 races have) which just includes that combination. I'll see what else I can think up.


Edit: On the Mul, that is.


Edit 2: After looking at the Mul, the only other stuff I can tenatively conclude is that they get no racial bonus to defenses, have Speed 6, and get Common+Dwarven as their languages.

The Shaman at-will Spirit Infusion looks a lot like a Warlord power ... Except that it looks like it works for ranged attacks. Also, it appears that everyone gets an extra 'theme' encounter power.
