So now, a PW goes psi focus, casts dissolving weapon on its weapon. Then goes to enemy, hits with 2 sided psionic weapon(like orc double axe) and deals
8d6+(1d6 per 2 power points) + 1d8 + STR + enchantment with one side and
4d6+(1d6 per 2 power points) + 1d8 + STR + enchantment with other side

No, Dissolving Weapon is an instantaneous power, so it only affects the next successful attack with the side of a double weapon you manifested it on.

Nah, Greater Psionic Weapon and Dissolving weapon only apply to one hit, so you'd get 8d6+(1d6 per 2 power points) + 1d8 + STR + enchantment on your first hit, then just d8 + str with rest of your mainhand hits and d8 + 0.5str on your offhand.
