Complete Champion, spirit lion totem barbarian. Only takes one level.

Complete Champion has a Lion Spirit Totem alternate class feature for the Barbarian that trades away his Fast Movement at 1st level for Pounce.

Lion Tribe Warrior was once a more appealing option for me, but the barbarian dip is generally the best.
