Default Trample as a PC? 3.5

so if someone has improved unarmed strike, would it be logical that one could gain trample damage when overrunning an enemy?

or even if that doesnt seem logical, why would ANYONE not be able to damage someone in a trample? you are knocking them down and running them over! even if that is a measly 1d6+1/2 Str for a medium creature, that is still damage. and as we all know, those little 1d6's can add up

and are there any ways to get trample damage as a PC? as far as i know, the feat Trample only counts if you are mounted, or wildshaped as something that has trample

In the past, I played Sir Theo Roost.
I am soon to begin playing his heir, Dora the Destroya

Shedu Crown or Gorgon Mask soulmeld bound to your Totem chakra (Totemist 2) gives you Trample. As a full round action you move around at up to twice your movement, and can move through the squares of anyone up to your size. They get an AoO or can give it up to make a Reflex Save to reduce the damage. The damage is pretty low - but at level 2ish it's actually very handy, especially if you win Initiative and your enemy's can't make the AoO on you because they're flat footed.
