Default Help with 3.5 character [people in Vorpal Tribble's game, stay out]

Hey guys, I want to play a demon summoner character, (CN so malconvoker would work) but I need help with the crunch (I'm better at fluff) it's a 4th level character (was 6th, but my race has a +2 LA) can anyone help me out with building my character?

Divine or Arcane? Malconvoker can do both.

Conjurer 3/Master Specialist 1 [Complete Mage] taking Rapid Summoning and Enhanced Summoning-variants, heading into Malconvoker [Complete Scoundrel] off Conjurer 3/Master Specialist 2 is a good start.

Ban Evocation and Enchantment or Necromancy (depending on how exactly you plan on subduing the demons you call/summon), consider Focused Specialist [Complete Mage] if you feel you can ban both, and use Summon-line spells to summon fiendish creatures and eventually Fiends, and once you get it, the Planar Binding-line to Bind fiends.

That'll do pretty much exactly what you want as well as possible. You'll eventually want Conjurer 3/Master Conjurer 2/Malconvoker 9. After that, consider Thaumaturgist [DMG] or some such. Also, required reading.
