Re: [3.5] Template project: Arthropod template [Peach]
The poisons are overpowered. Being able to choose each day is too exploitable. And why does the CON poison do more damage than any of the others? The opposite should be true. Way better than +1 LA.

Re: [3.5] Template project: Arthropod template [Peach]
mabye mention in the poison application that the arthropod doesn't risk poisioning himself when applying poison. i know its a stupid rule but if you don't mention it, it means it could poison itself with its own poison.
Really really really awesome avatar thanks to neoseph7

Re: [3.5] Template project: Arthropod template [Peach]
Your right 1d6 con is too much I need to correct that I wonder why I put 1d6 for con.
I don't see why chosing poison each day is so exploitable, sure if you know you're going to fight a wizard you can opt for int poison but most of the time you will default to Con damage.
In addition poison immunity is very common and gaining it even temporarily is fairly easy using spell, magic item or other thing.
So no I don't think it's overpowered, I'll have to see it in actual play to judge of course.
I'll mentionne it your right, better be safe than assume.Latest homebrew: The Avatars of Magic, powerful monster each dedicated to ne school of magic.

Re: [3.5] Template project: Arthropod template [Peach]
Actually, Hardened Exoskeleton would work better as an improved natural armor bonus in hindsight. The idea of "DR, overcome by energy" was that clubs, arrows, and blades will bounce off of the giant toughened insect, but just having a stronger shell doesn't make you any less susceptible to getting boiled or frozen solid.
...and to balance the seriousness of anything I might have said: boingo boingo whoopsy knickers.(Apologies to B. Croshaw)
