Assuming a Bhuka (desert goblin variant) is roughly the same as a regular goblin then 14 years +1d4, 2d4 or 3d6 for base adventure age, 25 for middle age, 37 old, 49 venerable +2d20 for max.
Yes this means that a goblin wizard, druid or cleric can be randomly generated to begin the game middle aged.

That seems to be the closest thing to any goblin age table in 3.5. "Normal goblins" lack an age table .

But the 3.0 Races of Faerun states that goblins are: "pressed into service as adults at the age of 10, rarely live older then 40, but the lucky few reach 60."
Also interesting is that RoF states that they share aging with half-Orcs, but I can't find that age table in RoF and I lack a 3.0 Players Handbook for comparison.
You could take that rule to 3.5. Half-Orcs there age as following:
Adult - 14 (+1d4, +1d6, +2d6), Middle age - 30, Old - 45, Venerable - 60 and Max Age - +2d10
Roughly the same as Bhuka 's anyways.

I will not be as exact. But I am creating a goblin tribe which will pretty much look like a bunch of Dark knight Jokers with different lvls of intelligence in a tribe. Longevity will not be a common trait. Also, lots of burning.

As far as I recall, half-orcs had the same aging table in 3.0 as they do in 3.5.
