Default good wild shape forms for a specific purpose 3.5

Hi guys i require the playgrounder's help once more.

I'm in the process of creating a Hadozee Druid NPC for a campaign I'll be running. He is 10th level and has an elasmosaurus companion. His feats include spirited charge and I'm indending for him to use his elasmosaurus as a mount, it can be enlarged to gargantuan using animal growth, I'm having trouble coming up with good wildshape forms for him to use while riding and charging.

Thanks in advance for your help.

this requires but one non-epic feat: Frozen Wildshape. Wildshape into an 11 headed winged Cryohydra and just enjoy your game
