Armour Enhancements
If you have an enhancement bonus on clothing (or armour, I suppose) is it an enhancement bonus to AC or an enhancement bonus to your armour bonus?

It is an enhancement to your armor bonus.
Source... is not clearly worded.
Check your Magic Item Compendium, I suspect it is more clearly worded there. Look near the back for the table of common effects you can add to magic items, and search around there.
