Default Idea's for a witch build (pathfinder)

I was looking to make a fairly colourful witch character (starting lvl 1). My DM is happy for me to use the playtest release of the Advanced Players Guide for pathfinder.
Any idea's to maximise hilarity and possibly be some what useful to the party (or just be really good at making a quick getaway)

Your name makes me snigger inside.

There's a pretty impressive Witch class that won a "Should Be Core" award in a Wizards competition, if you can track it down. It's 3.5, though, so might need adapting to Pathfinder. Worth looking into, though.
Here 'tis. Some potential for hilarity includes: an extraordinarily vain character dabbling in Mirrors; a total ditz dabbling in Fairies; an arachnophobe with a knack for Spider Magic; a hobo-type witch specialising in Swamp Magic and Toadstools, possibly with a nice crop of the latter growing in his beard.

Witch is an actual class in Pathfinder though, not a creation using different classes mixed together.

Is it? I checked my copy of the Core Rulebook and didn't see it. Guess it has more splatbooks than I thought.
Out of curiosity, what's it like?

Pretty much just a wizard, except they gain "Hexes" every 2 levels which are like warlock invocations (I.E, generally not as good as a spell, but you can use it all day).

Unlike a wizard, they must have a familier, and laern bonus spells depending on what familoier they have. If they someone don't have access to their familier then they can't prepere spells.

Edit: Almost forgot. The splat-book classes are actually up on the PSRD

It is in Advanced Player's Guide preview. They are like wizards. They got different spell list, supernatural at-will abilities (called hex), and their familiar is taking the role of spellbook (storing spells).

    EDIT: blah, ninja'ed.

I really like the evil eye hex (Debuffs witches choice of AC, To hit, Saves or checks, will save reduces debuff to one round), and cackle (extends evil eye by one round as a move action.) Works on almost everything, can't really be saved against and either sets the enemy up for your other spells or for your teammates.

I also like the slumber (will save or Sleep, no HD limit) hex when you get to 8th level. The cauldron hex could be good at low level if your game is crafting friendly.

Note that share spell ability no longer actually lets your familiar share your spells cast. This could have really bad implications for spells like invisibility.

Other suggestions are obvious. Max Int. When choosing spells, take spells that don't use will saves, because most of your hexes do.

You need to play him creepy, and make sure that they all know what you use for components in your spells. If you actually read some of the components in spells their kinda creepy. Carry around some foul smelling "Healing Balm", and make poitions with names like "Love #9", and "Booty Sweat".

Ya I know their not original but it's still funny.

Remember if someone asks you whats in it. Tell them they are better off never knowing.

O ya and if you ever find someone named Noot, remember to take the eyes.
Remember no matter where you go. There you are.
