Quick help for game tonight; monsters with dominate-style effects?

Just a quick question, my players are going up against a load of orcs tonight that have been captivated by an advanced Harpy; for the purposes of misleading, what other (nonplanar) monsters that aren't horrendously rare could generate this type of effect? Just off the top of your head, I don't need a comprehensive list.

Aboleths are the classic ones. Formians can do it too, but they're extraplanar.

Perhaps and Ogre magi with a spell of the same effect?
I Ctrl-F My PDF Version of my pathfinder Bestiary and couldn't find any other than the harpy
