    Default It's morphing time!

Power rangers, power rangers and power rangers

Currently it is all around us. We have a Power ranger thread on this very forum, we have that guy over at "that guy with the glasses" and soon we will have them at campaigns.
What I want to do is to create either a base class that is based of mighty morphing power rangers or create a character with normal classes, prestige classes etc.

All source books are allowed, 3.5 or pathfinder

And for those that are feeling super specal awesome: Help me create the green ranger, in all his overpowered might >:D

(and feel free to stat up some of the old villains/allies like Zordon, Lord Zed, Rita etc)

Although it is a bit more like the Riders...

I am gonna put a plug in for Effigy master to make the zords. Can't remember the prereqs off the top of my head for that. But other than that any sort of martial class would fit just fine. *cough* Warblade *cough* Use your special flute dagger and call up the big metal dragon to stomp ass with.

You know what you get for being a hero? Nothing. You get shot at. A little pat on the back, blah blah blah, attaboy. You get divorced. Your wife can't remember your last name. Kids don't wanna talk to you. Get to eat a lot of meals by yourself. Trust me kid, nobody wants to be that guy.

I'd think you'd be better off using a whole different system, like Mutants & Masterminds, really. It'd definately make creating Monsters of the Week easier.

Interesting Terazul... but how would you create the "dragon dagger" or the awesome dragon zord?

A wartblade you say... Well I do love ToB
but again... the dragonzord :\ it is just like a druids companion except... maybe the paragon template (is that the right one?) and increase its size to.. huge?

This is almost exactly what the Dragonmech setting was made for: large-scale, boxy mech battles.

Or you could use 4e and make a megazord fight into a skill challenge.

    Also, Rich's Champion. Again.

78% of DM's started their first campaign in a tavern. If you're one of the 22% that didn't, copy and paste this into your signature.

    Where did you start yours?

    In the employer/BBEG's mansion.

The lv7 body of war spell turns the caster into a warforged titan. Put it in a magic item and refluff to say that you're piloting the thing.

    Price
    Command word: Lv7 × CL13 × 1,800 gp = 163,800
    1 round/CL spell: multiply by 4 = 655,200
    1/day: divide by 5 = 131,040
Requires Perform (wind instrument) to use: reduce by 10% = 117,936
Can only be used by a Champion's avatar form: reduce by 30% = 82,555.2gp
If you order it from an artificer (Alpha?) he can craft it at CL11
    Command word: Lv7 × CL11 × 1,800 gp = 138,600
    1 round/CL spell: multiply by 4 = 554,400
    1/day: divide by 5 = 110,880
Requires Perform (wind instrument) to use: reduce by 10% = 99,792
Can only be used by a Champion's avatar form: reduce by 30% = 69,854.4gp
If you have an artificer in your party he can give it to you for cost - 34,927.2gp

    [hr]

If you want combining Zords, have them change size and use each other as mounts (being sure to give the rider a feat or two which makes him stronger while mounted).

If you want to combine Zords, research for an arcane spell for it...
