Opinions on "Regalia of the Hero"
I'd like to know your opinion on the "Regalia of the Hero" magic item set from MIC. Is it worth it? I will be a bard and they all seem to be very good. How do you feel about it?
"A true blaster bard is one who uses a Pipe Organ and vocals combo with Stormsinger and Seeker of the Song. This is a Bard based blaster."?

The Badge of Valor is pretty necessary for anyone using inspire courage, but as for the rest of the set, your gold is better spent elsewhere. Better low-cost items include a +1 Mithral Buckler, any of the Raiment of the Four set, a Circlet of Rapid Casting, and Eternal Wands of spells that don't appear on the Bard list, like Web and Hound of Doom (CW).
