Combat-wise, that may be. But I like his no-nonsense attitude, despite past failings while dealing with Miko and Belkar.

But if you mean his half-dragon judo throw, remember that he is wearing a belt of strength.

I'm curious as to what sort of roll Roy got on his strength check to frickin' body slam a half-dragon ogre on to the table behind him.

Well, he has a plus six to his strength and probably an extra plus 3 from levels. Assuming he started with sixteen that's a 25 which means he can lift 800 pounds over his head without even trying.

At least I think it's a plus six. It could be a plus four in which case it's 600.

There could also be other modifiers I'm unaware of.

I like it that the Gannji is using the butt end of his fork/halberd thing, he knows it's just a brawl, not a fight to the death.
