    Default Spell trigger items 3.5

I'm curious about these, specifically wands. Can a Bard, who is an arcane caster use a wand of Cure Wounds if it is made for a divine caster (say, a Cleric)? Both casters have those spells on their lists, so would the arcane/divine casting matter?

I think, without re-checking the books, yes you can. If I recall correctly the only limit on wands is having the spell on your list.

Wands are not arcane or divine. Having the spell on your list qualifies you to use it.

It should also be mentioned that actually being able to cast spells is irrelevant. For example, a 1st level Ranger can use a wand of Cure Light Wounds.
