    Is there anyway, short of a class dip, for a wizard to get into Dweomerkeeper?

    No. Still casts as arcane spells. Neither does Alternative Source Spell since it requires arcane and divine casting as well. I don't know of any way to get divine casting on an arcane spellcaster without dips.

    Edit: Scratch that. Southern Magician feat from Races of Faerun would do it.
