    Default Bardic Barbershop Group

Ok, I came up with a fun group of NPC's and could use some help.
The idea is that it is, in a sense, a band of adventurers, 10th level, all bards, with varying PrC's to make them distinct. They work together as an Acapella band. Each of them covers the roles of a party, The Healer, Tank, Archer, and Arcanist. I need to know some good material for Bards, not super optimizing for 10th, but feats, class features and PrC's that can help me with a diversified group. Note: Relatively good, so nothing inherently evil, neutral is different.
    Races: Gnome, Elf, Human, Halfling
I was thinking initially of 2 of the following but, not sure of the other 2
    1. Halfling Fighter 1/Bard 4/Warchanter 5
    2. Elf Bard 7/Virtuoso 3
    3. Gnome Bard X/??? X
    4. Human Bard X/??? X

Key Note: They will inevitably each have Cooperative Spell feat.

I'd agree otherwise, but I'd make Bard/Crusader the Tank, give Dragonfire Inspiration over to Sublime Chord/Virtuoso and make Healer a Battlefield Medic (/Sublime Chord) to actually spam some Heals worth a damn. Arcane Disciple it up a few times to learn Resurrections and Restorations and voila.

Given that a cappella groups are inherently evil, won't you have a problem?
