    I love this creature, found in the Monster Manual pg196.

    Does anyone know how to summon such a creature?

    Planar binding I think. You could probably get one from Planar Ally with an evil aligned god

    You could use Gate, since they come from the Plane of Shadow.
    Editor and playtester for Legend.
