[3.5]: Low-LA template type-change?

Hey all,

I'm looking for a low-LA template, that can be applied to a Fey, which will make it suitable for turning into a Ghost. Preferably one that adds to Charisma as much as possible for the LA. Any ideas?

Ghostwalk has some excellent options for Ghost characters, even though most of them aren't templates, but racial classes

Potentially useful, but there's a problem; per Ghostwalk:

Aberrations, constructs, dragons, elementals, fey, giants, magical beasts, monstrous humanoids, oozes, outsiders, plants, shapechangers, undead, and vermin simply pass on to the True Afterlife when they die

(Emphasis added)
Oh, and as Ghostwalk itself says "The ghosts described in this book are not that kind of ghost."

Plus, you know, Ghostwalk Ghosts don't have that nifty Rejuvination quality....
