Curses 3.5

So i am in a gestalt game and want to try making a halfling Hexblade /Wizard going into the Luckstealer prestige.

I plan on taking the dark companion(-2 to saves and AC) instead of a hexblade familiar.Also, taking the alternative class feature from PHBII for the wizard familiar. I will specialize in necromancy so i can hex( -2 to Ac and saving throws) people several times a day.
My question is that as far as i can tell none of these "curses" (Luckstealer, Hexblade curse, Dark companion, Wizard Hex) have a type so they will all stack. Is that correct?
