Fell Flight and Expeditious Retreat
Fell Flight says "You can fly at a speed equal to your land speed..."
Expeditious Retreat says "There is no effect on other modes of movement, such as burrow, climb, fly, or swim.
Now, if Fell Flight is based on land speed, will it be effected by ER?“Wouldn't it be much worse if life were fair and all the terrible things that happen to us, come because we actually deserve them? So now I take comfort in the general hostility and unfairness of the Universe”- Marcus Cole

Re: Fell Flight and Expeditious Retreat
Yah. The restriction on expeditious retreat is intended to prevent it from applying to movement modes with a fixed speed. A dragon, for example, has fixed land and fly speeds, and can't augment its flight speed with this spell.
