Simple Class Fixes [3e]

What are 3e's weakest classes? And, other than 'play PF or 4e,' what are some simple solutions? For example, a common monk fix is to give full BAB and/or flurry as a standard action. (Which is best though? Are both fixes too good or just right?)

I've heard that the soul knife is weak, but I'm not clear why. I know the CW samurai is weak, but I think the only simple solution is 'play another class and call it a samurai.' I know nothing of the Complete Psionics classes; are any of them horribly weak? What about other classes?
